Welcome to our practice! I work here as a registered dental hygienist, providing excellent dental hygiene care in the form of prophylaxis, and non-surgical periodontal therapy. I have been working in the dental field since 1986, and really enjoy the one-on-one relationships with the patients. Dr. Herrmann and Desio are joys to work with. They both give respect and value to our patients, and it shows! I have been married since 1999, and have two children. Our daughter is Jamie and our son is Garrett. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering at my children's school.

As a registered dental hygienist, I help with patient dental education and oral healthcare. I love working for this office because when a new patient is welcomed into our practice, it is always a positive experience! I love meeting new people and learning about them. I find it rewarding to have a job where I can do this and also provide optimal oral health. Our office is a fun place to work! Both Drs. Herrmann and Desio are very funny, and are easy with a smile. In my spare time, I love to travel.

I am a hygienist for Drs. Herrmann and Desio, and I help with periodontal disease prevention and educating patients about cavity prevention and gum health. I have been with Drs. Herrmann and Desio since August 2004, and I love meeting and getting to know our interesting patients! Each person who comes to visit us is unique, and I enjoy hearing about their families and hobbies. My husband, Jay, and I have two young sons named Benjamin and Magnus. Something interesting about me is that I represented Iceland in two Olympic Games, running 400 meter hurdles! I was in the Atlanta Games in 1996 and the Sidney Games in 2000.

Welcome! I am the finance and insurance coordinator, and I coordinate all financial activities for patients and also answer any questions regarding insurance and financial procedures. I am also capable of assisting when necessary, and am certified to take X–rays. I have been in the dental field for 21 years, and still love it! I enjoy helping patients to achieve and maintain optimal dental health. I am married to my husband Oscar, and we have one grown son and a lovely granddaughter, Adriana! Oscar and I like soccer and enjoy watching the World Cup.

Hello, it's nice to meet you! I work here as a dental assistant, helping the doctors in all phases of dental treatment and patient comfort. I have been in the dental field for 15 years and it's the patients that make every day fun! I love interacting with people, and enjoy seeing the end results of the treatment. What a difference it makes and how much confidence people gain once their treatment has been completed! When I'm not at work I enjoy yoga, classical art, traveling, reading, and cycling.

Hello, I am the scheduling and treatment coordinator, so it is my job to maintain the daily schedule for our practice. I also get to introduce our practice to new patients through their first phone call, coordination of treatment plans and financial arrangements. I have more than 16 years' experience in the dental field, and love working here! Drs. Herrmann and Desio are the kindest and happiest dentists I have ever worked with. Their passion for their patients and the quality of their dentistry creates a very positive environment. I am married to Matt, and we have two fabulous grown sons and the sweetest pit bull in the world, Rowdy.

Hello, it's nice to meet you! I am a dental assistant, and I have been working here for more than 13 years! My favorite part of this job is working one-on-one with our patients. I enjoy getting to know each person who comes to visit us and helping to give them great oral care! Our doctors have admirable work ethics and a great sense of humor with both patients and staff! When I'm not working, I love to be on the beach all day! I am also active with church functions and volunteer with Mission of Mercy every year.
